while everything is going well; recently Madras High Court Sent a notice To Mark Antony team. That the film is Paused/Injunction due to the unclear payment with Lyca Production & broken the agreement.
Vishal will be appearing to the court on 12th Sep regarding; Vishal Film factory took a loan from Lyca 21crores 29lakhs. Lyca and vishal had a clear agreement; Untill Vishal cleared the payment which was taken from them. All his films of Vishal upcoming releases THE RIGHTS should be given to Lyca; but Vishal Violated the agreement; even already the case is in progress in the court. In the meantime; judge already ordered to pay an amount of 15crores but the amount was not paid yet till now.
Later Vishal received a 1 crore amount from Mini Studios but gave false information to court. Due to breaking the agreement with Lyca and giving false information a big mess happened; Judge asked Vishal to appear in court on 12th Sep.
The situation is a mess right now; we need to wait for the next response on 12th Sep. Whether the film release is stopped or permit the release, as of now the release is paused.
