To change your shipping address, please contact us before your order status changes from “Processing” to “Shipped”.

We offer a 3-day return policy for defective or damaged products only. To ensure smooth processing, please follow these steps:

  1. Record a Video: While opening your package, make sure to record a video showing the condition of the product. This video will serve as proof of damage or defect.
  2. Contact Us Within 3 Days: Reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the product if it is defective or damaged.
  3. Without Proof: Please note that without the video proof, we will not be able to process a return, refund, or replacement.
